In the summer of 2010 (August), Chandler, 16 years old at the time, stood at her mature height of 3 feet, 10 inches tall (116 centimeters). By fall, she stood 4 feet, 5 inches tall (134 cm) due to limb alignment and lengthening. In three months, give or take, she corrected the severe bowing in her legs and lengthened her femurs and tibias (and fibulas). In the winter of 2012, nearly nine months after completing her first leg lengthening, Chandler lengthened her humerus (upper arms) by 4 inches (10 cm). In the spring of 2013, she began her final lengthening, lengthening 3 inches (7.6 cm) in both her femurs and tibias/fibulas, gaining an additional 6 inches (15 cm). By that summer, she stood at 4 feet, 11 inches tall (149 cm) – the height she is today.
